You will not find another Formula this age in this condition!! I am only the 2nd owner of this boat!I will include in the purchase full summarization with new oil filters and drive fluid. I also will have it in a slip for a test run when purchased.1984 Formula 272 Thunderbird with brand new 300hp 350 Merc Mag motors and Alpha 1 gen 2 outdrives. I also installed Holley 750 carbs. See runs 60mph with the current 21P props which I would change to 25P that should make her a 65-68 MPH boat. I have her in fresh water on the CT river where our speed limit is 35mph on weekends so I never changed the props out.I just had the outdrives redone over the winter with all new seals, impellers, shift cables, steering pins, and u-joints.The motors were put in by the previous owner who owned a marina out in Long Island. They are complete drop ins and only have 100 fresh water hours on them. Last year I did the risers, manifolds, spark plugs, wires, caps, and rotors along with a new rug, battery charger, shifters, gimbal bearings, and bellows.I redid the driver seat in the new color I was going to do the entire interior.This boat starts right up and runs like a dream. This is the true definition of a turn key boat.I just installed new Bennett Electric Trim Tabs just need to put the switch in. I also had a custom cover made to cover the cockpit.This boat handles great in the ocean and has a very smooth ride.Also with this boat comes a like new Dual Axel trailer.Please only bid if you have the funds available.Good Luck as this is a rare find!
