Please fully inspect the boat and/or title information (including outstanding liens and/or storage fees if any) with or without a boat mechanic and/or title company before taking possession of the boat. We offer no warranty or refunds once you take possession of the boat. All sales are final and "as is," We will refund your money in full if the boat was not accurately described, but once you take possession of the boat and/or title, there is no longer a refund available. Payment confirmation is due when the auction closes. We reserve the right to relist on classifieds board or sell to another person if the auction winner fails to meet any of the deadlines including full payment mailed to us via cashier's check or money order or Venmo within 24hrs of the auction end date. Once payment is made we will connect you with the boat owner to transfer the boat into your possession. Please note: We charge $399 for boat document processing and to transfer the boat, which covers the boat transfer process, including title verification, payment invoicing and collection and boat transfer with the boat owner including a bill of sale; this charge will be added to the winning bid amount. This charge will also be refunded in full if you do not take possession of the boat and/or title due to the boat not being described accurately. We will immediately refund the entire invoiced price to the purchaser. We will not reimburse any costs or travel expenses associated with moving the boat (including but not limited to gas, lodging, purchase/rental of a trailer, airfare, outside consultation, survey, marina issues, towing, pickup, etc.). To prevent fraudulent / fake bidding, we reserve the right to cancel bids on our auction(s) and/or block classifieds board bidders from bidding on our auction(s).
