Description:

1985 33' Egg Harbor Sportfish Sedan. This is a one of a kind boat you will not see anywhere. In 2001, it went thru a major retrofit and received Mercruiser 7.4L MPI engines, ZF Hurtz transmissions, 4 bladed props, new gas tanks, most teak removed, Painted yellow hull, front windows glassed in, new windows, and custom 'factory matched' cabinets. The motors are FWC and run excellent. Approximately 1000 hours on them. There is also a Westerbeke 6.5 generator that also runs great and powers up everything nicely.

This is the Galley up, 2 stateroom model. One cabin has bunk beds, the other a V berth. Each has its own door for privacy. The galley has sink, refrigerator, microwave, portable cooktop. Full head with separate shower with seat! Hot water heater. 2 Air Conditioning units - both work. Full enclosure on bridge, GPS, DF, VHF, Bridge and cabin stereos, Winter canvas

Some of the upgrades recently made are: 4 New Batteries, New Battery Charger, New Freshwater Pump, New Windlass, New Anchor, New 75' Chain/200' Rope, Re-bedded strut, New Electric Head, New waste Hoses, New Starter relays, New Generator Waterpump, New IAC and MAP sensor, New refrig AC/DC transformer, New Filters, Re-sewn Enclosure, plus a bunch of incidentals. I maintain the boat to top standards and used top of the line products of anything I replaced.

Boat is Very Clean inside and out. It is used all the time and would not hesitate to take it anywhere. There are also plenty of spare parts for safety's sake including props! If I had to come up with what the boat needs, it would be: Salon Stereo does not work (there are 2 others on boat that do), Compass needs replacing, Teakcould usere-finishing (currently working on), Ice Maker does not appear to work, Flo-scan has been dis-connected, not sure if Auto-pilot works - never tried it. Minor issues/projects but what to let you know what needs to be done

Boat is not being sold due to issues with the boat. Only selling as I'm going larger to a live-aboard type boat that I have an offer in on. I have way more invested than the listed price, but looking sell to purchase my new boat.This a great boat which I've truly enjoyed
