Egg Harbor Cabin Cruiser

This is a 1965 Egg Harbor Cabin Cruiser. She is 37 feet of solid wood and being sold purely as a project boat, as the previously owner left her in the middle of renovating the interior. Much of the interior is disassembled and has been sanded. Some ports and cabinets have been revarnished but have not been reattached. Also engines were removed through the wheel house floor, which has not been repaired leaving the engine bay wide open. Boat has good bones, and much of the wheel house and interior appear to be solid mahogany. Condition of her exterior is difficult to judge, she has been kept shrink wrapped, but appears to have flaking white paint.
