UPDATE: On Wednesday 5/25/2016 we spun over both engines and did a quick start. Both engines fired off fine with no issue. We brought down 2 marine tester batteries which are still with the vessel. Salon has a full size pull out sleeper sofa. Forward berth 2 twin or queen sleeping with under berth drawers and side closet.Flybridge, ladder to cockpit, twin helm chairs, forward bench / storage seat. Outriggers, Raymarine electronics, Furano radar, Garmin GPS Map Chartplotter, VHF radio.50 Amp power source cord included.Dual factory installed separately controlled AC systems in salon and v-berth areas.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Vessel is currently in dry dock at a local marina. Was fully winterized before set up and maintained while in dry dock. The interior woodwork has been refinished throughout, flooring, etc. The wood was replaced in the salon and refurbished at the windows where Egg Harbor vessels typically have an issue. The port and starboard windows have been refurbished and gel coated as well. The exterior woodwork will need to be refurbished and varnished again. The salon floor was replaced 5 years ago with laminate (santos mahogany) not the best choice and may need replacement again if so desired by the buyer. The vessel will need new bottom paint before launching. There is no generator available as it was removed for additional storage space, however all hook up / power areas are still intact and ready for a new generator installation with inverter. The vessel was neveron a mooring so a generator was not needed andwe were going to convert it to solar, but never had the chance to complete. As specified the vessel is currently in dry dock and the buyer will need to make arrangements for launching and / or hauling to their desired location. This vessel will need fuel and conditioner as we always make sure there is minimal fuel in the tanks before seasonal changing. Arrangements will need to be made by the buyer with the local marina for launch or continued dry dock. There is no lien or encumbrances on this vessel. The vessel name and homeport will be removed upon completion of the sale. This is a very solid / sturdy vessel that any Egg Harbor owner can attest to. This is a beautiful live aboard and nice sailing vessel. Great for fishing, outriggers are still in place. This vessel is listed with a price to sell and only reasonable offers will be considered. The vessel is being sold as is, where is, and no transport nor launching fees are included in the purchase price. Vessels in similar condition are being sold in excess of $25,000 or more in the surrounding area________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________This is a nice sturdy vessel, great live aboard or travel boat.We did have plans to travel the intercoastal at some point from CT to FL, but with current circumstances this is no longer an option. We enjoyed it greatly. We have no doubt that this will be a great vessel for the new owner. She does need cleaning and some TLC, however she has mechanically sound engines and transmissions. A great deal of repairs have been done on this vessel,it is a shame we have to let her go. Due to family home care requirements and obligations we are no longer able to enjoy the vessel and must sell. Our loss is your gain. This has been an wonderful vessel for us during the past 6+ years.
