If you are in the market for a high performance, look no further than this 1999 Donzi 26 ZX New engine 502 block with stock forged crank. SRP Forged Pistons with Scat H-beam Forged rods with all ARP hardware. Pistons have slight Dome for 10.2-1 CR...... Heads are new, Procomp Aluminum with Stainless valves. I did do some extensive port matching and bowl blending on both the Intake and exhaust side..... See pics for detail. New Air gap intake also port matched extensively to mate up with the heads perfectly. 496 aluminum exhaust with stainless risers polished. Manifolds and intake were ceramic coated. New fresh water cooling system for 600 HP system. New fuel pump and water pump with new bearings and seal kit installed. New oil cooler larger capacity as well. Ignition is the simple Thunderbolt IV with the High Performance 23* ignition advance box. Total timing is a max of 34* which is a safe level. I have an 02 sensor and air/fuel gauge installed to monitor for rich or lean conditions real time. New lower out drive new gimbal bearing new gaffer cages Captain calls exhaust hydraulic steering.
