Donzi Ski Sporter

Vintage 1969 Donzi Sweet 16 Ski Sporter. Has original small block Ford engine and Volvo Penta outdrive. Boat has scarce Holman Moody factory performance option. Hull is sound, paint is good with usual scrapes and scratches and some crazing though minor. New upholstery three years ago. Looks good, but could have done a better job on curved part of back cushions. Original fuel tank does not leak. Outdrive has had $2000 in recent repairs by reputable Mercruiser dealer. Engine starts and runs and was tuned up previous winter. Teleflex steering. Holley double pumper carb could probably use some work, or better yet replacement with FI carb. Gauges work except speedometer. Trim does not work. Lights do not work. Rubber hoses on log manifolds definitely need replacing. Needs a bilge pump. I would not consider the boat turnkey and water ready. It is in need of some work and sorting out, though nothing major I am aware of. Last on the water in fall 2019. Trailer is good quality aluminum and roadworthy. Tires look OK, but I don't know old they are. I have owned the boat for 5 years but have used it very little. I know nothing of its past history. Has Iowa registration in my name. No title or license plate is required on either boat or trailer of this size in Iowa or Wisconsin, so will be sold with bill of sale only. Boat and trailer are undercover. Fair cond. boat cover included. Buyer responsible for pickup or shipment from Eagle River, Wi. Payment in full before boat is turned over to buyer. $300 deposit via Paypal within 2 days of purchase. Balance within 2 weeks. Vintage boat at a rock bottom price, so sold as is.
