1988 CLASSIC DONZI MINX

Own a Rare & Vintage Donzi Minx!This isDonzi Minx hull #154.166 Minx were made, and only 25 were made in the final1988 model year.The 20 Donzi Minx is unique for a classic style Donzi in that it has a higher freeboard than other Donzi's that makes for a dry smooth ride, even in rough water. The ride is even smoother than the Donzi 22 Classic in my opinion. This particular Minx is equipped with an economical 350 cubic inch GM small block motor producing 270 horsepower along with aCobra outdrive. The Minx Modelnormal speed range is55 - 60 mph.We are seeing around 55 with the current 3 blade stainless steel prop in use. This Minx isalso equipped with power steering, power trim, and hydraulictrim tabs. With these features, the boat handles easily and can bereadily adjusted for a great Donzi boat ride experience in smooth or rough water conditions. In addition, this Minx has a factory-original, tinted windshield with a special feature not seen on other models that lofts the wind up over your head so that you and your passengers get a much quietersince muchless wind comes into the cockpit area. This Minx is not mint condition, but it is in very good condition. It is also complete, meaning that everything is in place& systems work as intended. This boat is turn-key and ready to go to the water. The color scheme has a very classy look. The deck and hull are bone/honey and the deck stripe and hull sides are navy blue. The interior is white with blue piping, and is in great shape. A new steering wheel from Donzi Direct and custom carpet have recently been installed. Proper maintenance and some routine repairs, such as new shift cables and outdrive bell housing, have kept this Minx in great shape & ready to go. There are a few normal wear and tear cosmetic flaws, but no known structural issues. Included with the boat is a good roller trailer which recently made a 460 mile trip with no issues.
