Donzi

Up for sale is my 1999 Donzi 18 Classic. This is my 5th Donzi and here is the story. I have 2 Donzi 18's right now, this one and a 1994. My 1994 sank in July of 2016. I am doing a complete deck off restoration on it. I have not been able to work on it steadily thanks to life in general. Since it is taking a while, I decided to buy this 1999 to get me back on the water while completing the 1994. Well, I bought this in the spring of 2018. It was supposed to be in excellent mechanical condition. It was not. It was nothing major, but a ton a small things that were neglected. So, rolled up my sleeves and got to work fixing everything.Here is the work done- New drive and shifter bellows, new raw water fittings, new trim sensors, new shift cable, tune (plugs, cap wires), new drive hoses, new drive bearing, new drive seal, serviced drive, etc....My other one is nearing completion so this one must go. It does have some dock rash on the port side. Mechanically the boat is sound and ready to go. Had a Merc mechanic run the hours, 457. Aesthetically, it is not perfect, but is an excellent candidate for a full resto. So, run it as is and have fun, or restore it for a beautiful 18. New ones are going for 68k-75k. This one also has a carpet and the windshield.
