Custom Billy Hand Hull

I am selling a wooden boat constructed by a neighbor ( engineer) who started building this boat over 10 years ago to a Billy Hand hull design from detailed drawings of a 1933 Skiff- I have pictures of his dedicated passion to build the hull to original specs with original materials. He added a center console with a custom made chrome support and canvas cover. The boat has hydraulic steering, multiple navigation radios. Included are a Trailer customized for this boat and a custom canvas cover perfect for sitting outside or trailering. The detail is amazing- It is kept in the water under a covered slip in a lake near Atlanta. The 30HP Honda 4 stroke is hidden under the boat which is in keeping with the overall design. I am a perfectionist and the boat is not perfect, but close. The boat also has shore power , a recent battery and much much more. Due to my age, 76, I have decided to sell the boat for less than it appraised and far less than I have invested. No tire kickers PLEASE !! I will provide numerous pictures and anything else a serious buyer needs. I will ask for a $ 500 refundable deposit after a buyer and I have agreed to a sale.
