This is "Oasis" a 1999 89 ft. Steel hull motor yacht that was originally built in Louisiana. Custom built as a live aboard then converted to a floating office. Berthed in fresh water at the nations capital for the last several years. Powered by 903 Cummins, 4 cylinder Cummins powers the bow thruster and a Cummins genset. Hydraulic shift and throttle controls. Hydraulic double ram steering.27' 3" bridge clearance, 5 ft. draft, 20 ft. beam and a hull speed of 11.5 knots. Engines run as they should with no known problems. All electrical works as it should. New impellers installed 7-24-14
