We recently received this one of kind boat to our program. This is truly an awesome opportunity to have a custom floating condo or man cave on the water in Arizona. This boat was previously used as a retail store and floating bar. The owners have invested over $70K in upgrades and electrical work. The only reason they no longer are using this boat, is becausethey bought a bigger one to use! This has tons of potentialand can be used in a variety of ways! Its currently in dry dock at Lake Pleasant and included in this auction is delivery to to the water either at Lake Pleasantor Saguaro Lake, this location has a pre approved space for non commercialuse at $800 month. This could potentiallyalso be used towards a business, you would simply need to contact either location to confirm this opportunity. The current best use would be towards non commercialuse. Bottom line, you cannot find a 63 fully remodeledhouse boat for any where near this price point. Lots of outdoor deck space. Due to previous use as a bar, boat has no motor. Boat must be transferred by or boat removed by 3/15/20 . Failure to do so, will result in a $35 per day fee for first 7 days and $75 per day fee after.

Urban Surf 4 Kids Florida Boats are not view able, unless stated in the auction.
