1995 Cruisers Yacht - 3570 Esprit - Nice Family Cruiser!Up for auction is my nice family cruiser that is very roomy and comfortably sleeps 4. The only reason I am selling her is because I have not been able to use it very much. I live 90 miles north of the marina (Harbor View Marina - Baltimore, MD). I bought the boat in September '22 and have only taken the boat out once. It is located at the Harbor View Marina in Baltimore, MD. The boat is winterized and is in the water. I need to the purchase to be completed no later than 3/31/24. The slip is paid for up until 3/31/24. The new owner can take over the slip if they prefer to keep the boat at the marina. If not, the boat must be out of the slip by 3/31/24.The boat was last surveyed (land) in 2022. I have the survey and will provide it upon request.
