Please read entire listing! You are looking at a 1996 Cruisers Rogue 2670. This was a very well built boat. It is fully loaded with all of the factory options! This has been a restoration project for our family, specifically our mother. She had very bad problems with her knees and with the full transom door, this boat was perfect for her and she loved the layout! When backed into a slip, the dock was just about the same level as the swim platform which is why we went full steam ahead with the (overpriced) restoration of this boat.Due to family health, we have decided to sell this project boat. Our mother will unfortunately no longer be able to enjoy this boat. Seeing this boat just reminds us of her condition which is just painful. So it is more of an emotional sale.THIS BOATS STARTS AND RUNS GREAT. IT IS CURRENTLY IN THE WATER SINCE EARLY SPRING. It was not a sandy boat. It was in dry dock indoors, high and dry, during the storm (I have pictures to show). It never had any damage other than some scratches and gel coat chalking (clean with buffing/waxing).This boat has a 9'6" beam, and weighs in around 6150 lbs.NO RESERVE!!Here is the good:We started with a great boat,*installed a newer 7.4L engine (with<600 hours original) ($4100)*installed a BRAND NEW MERCRUISER TRANSOM ASSEMBLY ($3800)-the wood transom was solid when this was done-we have pictures of the entire process, the roof of the cabin, in front of the windshield is also solid!*installed rebuilt Bravo 2 outdrive-it does have a few chips around the edges of the upper case($2700)*factory Marine Air air conditioning with reverse cycle heat option (digital display)*dual batteries w/ switch and on-board charger*windlass (mechanical anchor pull motor)*full head (bathroom)*full galley (kitchen)*fresh water system w/hot water heater (all working correctly)*we added a few extra stainless steel handles around the stern of the boat (tastefully done and fully functional!)Here is what the boat still needs:*We had all of the cockpit upholstery planned out (needs to be done)*Same with the cockpit canvas top/eisenglass (we have the old one to use as a template to keep that cost way down!)- Stainless bow rails and hardware included.*Some wiring in engine compartment (just some new battery cables-no big deal)*interior may need headliner cleaned or replacedThe boat is just about mechanically done.It still needs a few finishing touches. At this point, rather than sitting and no longer being used or unfortunately loved, we have decided to let it go to someone who can get it to the finish line and finish it the way they prefer to make it theirs. NO RESERVE!!I do have access to a trailer to be able to move the boat, deliver, etc. The Trailer and Delivery is NOT included in the auction and must be discussed before auction ends! Boat is sold with Bill of Sale, no title. We had the title in a file and has not been able to be found. We had not yet registered it but we checked with DMV and with the registration numbers as well as the original hull ID still on the boat, they said it should be no problem at all to have done. As earlier mentioned, it has become an emotional sale as she will not be able to enjoy it as her health took a negative turn. We do not want to see it sit after all of the work and new parts we have put into it.
