Offered is a great looking aluminumclassicthat was made by Crestliner, it is a 2 person 12 foot Jetstreak model.Jetstreaks were only made for 2 Years; 1958 & 1959. The 12' , two seater Jetstreaks are Very rare. The total production of 12 foot Jetstreaks was less than 200,.......... there are less than 15 known to exist.................I read on the Crestliner collectors website that they were expensive for their time.I was going to restore the boat several years ago and started by removing the hardware and stripped the paint from the upper half.(the hardware / bow light etc. is just sitting on the bow in the appropriate places in the pictures below.)I thought I would continue work on the boat this summer but have not had the time,I really love the style and look of this boat.l started thepolishing process on the top half because I like the look of the buffed aluminum boats like the vintage Feathercrafts etc., I was going to paint the bottom white (as original)Jetstreaks were originally painted at the factory Red, Blue or Gold with a white bottom so the new owner may opt to paint as such to keep it original. Here is a walk around video of GREAT looking perfectly restored 12' Jetstreak with a 50's Lark outboard (on Youtube);CLICK HEREThe boat's hull is in good condition overall, there are a few small dents, one is literally bb size on the edge of the raised center of the bow, there is another small dent on one fin, and a few other small ding on the hull. The rear lower right side has an approx. 7" x 10" old plate patch shown in the close up photos below, a welder could repair this to be invisible with with a tig.As you can see the seat is in rough shape and will need rebuilding and reupholstering. The boat's steering cables were disconnected so that I could remove the Tail fin marker lights, the right directional lens has a hairline crack. The chromed parts have some typical tarnish bumps, I think the hardware is correct and original to the boat. The original fiberglass track piece for the windshield is sitting on the bow, the screws are in a box.I have a piece of Plexiglass to re-create the windshield, it will be included with the boat. The motor is a vintage 1950's 35 hp Evinrude Lark 2 cylinder outboard with forward-Neutral-Reverse that was found at an estate sale,I never attempted to run it but it turns over and it looks very good for it's age (I think the motor is a 1956).The vintage throttle lever / controls with the cables are included, there is a complete electrical cable set with battery hookup cables etc. as shown in the pictures below (in a box). There is a metal 6 gal. gas tank and a solid trailer included with the boat. The boat was inherited and is sold with a "bill of sale", I did not locate the registration., it is a pre-title year boat (titles started after 1972)I have owned this boat for years, it has been in storage in a barn and has not seen water since about the late 1980s.NY has a form to allow registration of vintage boats and I will sign the proper forms with you to do this, (see DMV form MV-51B)I went through this process with an enclosed trailer several years ago and received a registration from the DMV with no problem,if you live in another state check you motor vehicle to see what forms are required and I will sign them.A 12' Jetstreak hull sold this spring (May 25th) on classifieds board, it sold for $5,169.69 with no trailer, motor or controls ( see classifieds board item number: phone4 )It has been drought dry and hot here in NY this month but as fate would have it, it started raining just when I began taking the pictures. This boat would be a great winter project, the boat is a very rare classic that will be a real head turner when finished, it would look Great behind a 1957 Chevy Or Plymouth etc.A Paypal down payment is required after the sale, the balance will be due in Cash when the boat is picked up.>no checks will be accepted<.....We are located approx. 35 miles west of Albany NY..................If you would like this to be shipped I would be happy to assist in the loading, ...but cash payment in full must be made before it leaves my property, the winning bidder is responsible for any shipping costs and will be responsible the make the arrangements to do so............

Questions
Still available?
Is this the boat that belonged to the McCane family from burnt hills and had it at their camp at Mountain Lake NY in Fulton County? I've been trying to contact the family to find out about the jet streak with no luck. A response would be really appreciated.
would like to buy boat. Thanks
Very interested! Cash sale tendered..........still available?
Is your boat still for sale? Thank you
I have a JetStreak just like this one.. you can see it on Utube. My channel is GBK574, do a search on Utube and take a look at it. I have owned this boat since 1963, it was a gift to me from my father. I think your boat is a 1958 and not a '59. I could be wrong, please let me know. If I am wrong then my boat registration has been wrong for over 50 years... ;-(
