Deposit can be made with PayPal and must be received within 24 hrs. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within5 days of the close of the auction. Any other arrangements must be agreed tobeforebidding. All financial transactions and paperwork must be completed before delivery of the item. The vessel's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping.
