A BEAUTIFUL BOAT I purchased the boat from the first owner in 2008 with 153 hours and the boat now has 303 hours. Since I have owned the boat it has performed beyond my expectations. I have gone above and beyond to maintain the boat. I have replaced the sea water impeller, fuel filter, oil (Shell Rotella T 15W-40 SM) & filter (Mobil 1) every year. The boat has also been polished and waxed every year. The boat has been used in Fresh water lake and stored indoors during the winter. It has not been left in the water except during use. There are some cosmetic marks on the hull where it rests on the hoist and the trailer on the bottom of the hull which should all buff out nicely. This is normal wear and tear for a boat loaded on and off the trailer and rack. There is nothing wrong with this boat; every option works like it is supposed to, no problems, anywhere.

Payment Terms and Conditions

The boat is being advertised for sale locally as well as in this posting. Therefore, we reserve the right to terminate this auction in the event that a buyer makes contract outside of classifieds board according to the locally advertised price (reserve). In that event, any active bidders will be informed as prudently as possible. In the event that the auction goes to completion, and there is a winner meeting the reserve or Buy it now price, a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction payable by cashier check or money order ONLY via FEDEX, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Unless you pick up the boat within 48 hours of the completion of the auction and pay cash in person, you must send in the deposit. The remaining balance is due in our hands within14 days (336 hours) of the close of the auction in cash or by wire transfer.

The winner will be responsible for any costs involved in delivery. There will be no costs for local pick up of the boat in a reasonable time as long as payment has been received within the specified14 days. Total amount of the sale will be due before or at the time of pick up or delivery. We will make every attempt to work with the buyer and auction winner. We will also be available to arrange an examination of the boat locally on a reasonable basis.

The shipping is the responsibility and expense of the buyer.

SMOG or Emission testing is the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot guarantee the boat to pass Out-of-State Inspections.

THE BOAT IS SOLD AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
