soft spots, no wood rot. Swim platform is in good shape and is great for easily getting back into the boat. This is a boat that you can use at a fraction of the price of a new one. You can use this for years and still get the same value returned. Trailer guide poles help with loading, the trailer backs down the ramp and loads easily. Trailer has 2 new tires and also a checker plate lock box for easy storage--200 dollar bonus. Carpet is clean, has a good marine battery. This is an older boat the hour meter shows over 1000 hrs. The paint has been touched up by the previous owner. It has a few blemishes caused by normal use. I oil the platform a couple of times a year, and keep the interior clean. Runs good on the lake and I have a video I can forward.
