This auction is for an extremely rare 18 foot Correct Craft Collegian. I found only two others in the Antique and Classic Boat Society's registry.Unlike most wooden boats this one has double planked mahogany deck, sides, and bottom. Correct Crafts were and are very expensive boats. Today they make Ski Nautique ski boats in Florida. This boat is beautiful, and performs as well as it looks. It is equipped with a Chrysler Crown 135 horsepower engine. It is the largest six cylinder inboard engine made by Chrysler. I will include two original engine manuals.I spent $19,500 on the professional restoration performed by Steve Gray of Lexington, Kentucky. The process included: extensive wood replacement, 3M 5200 bedded bottom, 15 coats of individually sanded spar varnish, new stainless steel cut water, new correct interior, rebuilt dual carburetors, rebuilt distributor, and a custom made trailer. Due to 3M 5200 between the two bottom layers of planks the boat requires no swelling prior to use. The auction also includes a rare Iva Light spotlight, and a chrome siren. I did not re-mount them - they were on the bow originally. I am in my seventies now, and it is time to part with some of my treasures. Please email any questions you may have.
NEW LOWER RESERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This wonderful woodie is ready for many years of boating enjoyment.Thank you and may God richly bless you!

Questions
Is this boat still available for sale? I have a client interested in a late 50s Correct Craft Collegian. What is the asking price? It shows $116 above. Is that correct? Please advise.
