1969 Correct Craft Mustang

This 16ft gem has been in my possession for more than 15 years. I've kept it as close to original as I could. Anything that has been replaced has been done so with like parts. Some minor dings in the paint can be seen in the pics. The powerful 302 V-8 motor is super strong. The mechanic at Midwest Correct Craft in Angola, Indiana. told me that although it was NOT the original motor it was "ENHANCED". His guess was that it probably got beefed up at a race motor shop. The boat is presented withits original green gelcoat on the bottom and cream color on top. I personally removed the floor about 12 years ago and replaced all the foam. I also replaced the "wrong" windshield withan authentic glass wrap around which was standard for the boat - very rare to find without cracks. It comes with the original trailer which was stripped to the bone and repainted with metallic green paint.Car tires and chrome rims accented it nicely. Trailer has a 2" hitch. A custom fitted canvas cover with snaps is included.Two of the cover's seams toward thebow havebroken loose and will need to be re-stitched. The bottom line is that this boat is turn keydependable and is in super nice shape for being nearly 50 years old. Sounds mean and throaty. I believe the prop is a 12/13 and runs the boat at a top speed of about 50 mph. I pulled 4 skiers at once a few years ago with no problems at all. Boat is in Middle Point, OH.
