Commodore

I have a 1999 Regal Commodore 402 40 foot express cruiser for sale. This boat has two staterooms, full galley, bath with separate shower from toilet and an entertainment center on the aft deck. I have gone over all mechanics on this boat and everything is working great. Many, many new parts have been installed to bring it back to where it should be. New camper canvass with full view isinglass w/ screens. You can stand up and drive this boat with the front canvass on. Entertainment center has ss sink, ice maker and a new granite top. Plenty of storage for your liquor underneath. New carpet on deck and the seats are in great condition with no tears in upholstery. New sea deck padding on large swim platform. White and blue lighting on aft deck and transom. Under water lighting installed on aft tabs. Under the deck, upgraded 8.1 mercruiser engines with 370 horse each. Will do almost 40 mph. Motors were installed in 2007 and were gone over with a computer last year from an professional service operator. Fresh oil and filter change with synthetic oil and new raw water impellers installed. 10 kw koehler generator was gone over with new oil and filter, fuel filter and plugs. Electric windlass.Hull is solid with no bad spots or blisters. Hull was scraped last year and sanded down with new paint front to rear. New latex master bed installed last year. This boat is very comfortable to stay in and has plenty of head room to move around in. There are to many things to list so if you are seriously interested in looking at this boat, call me and we can go over all the particulars. Boat is in the water and dock fees are optional so you can move the boat to your marina if desired. The hour meters show 578 and 569 on the motors. I think these are the original meters and show total hours. I do not know when the motors were replaced but the manufacture dates are June of 2005 and march of 2007. I have talked to the head service mechanic at the marina and he said that these motors can be hooked up to a computer and the on board computer can tell him how many hours each motor really have on it. I do not believe that these motors have the hours shown. It has to be a lot less. The old motors were 7.4's and the newer ones are 8.1 fuel injected with 370 horse each. The boat runs awesome. You do not need the trim tabs down to come out of the water. I only use them to trim once out. I hope this helps. Any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. I will post some more pics of motor tags.
