Intro - The "Monte Carlo" is our beloved family boat, and we would not be selling it if it we were staying in the area! We've had it at Lake George as a family boat for the past 20+ years, we are the only owners.History of Maintenance -

• Serviced, shrink wrapped, cleaned and maintained every year by FR Smith & Sons Marina here in Bolton Landing, NY
• They have extensive records if you would like to see the history.

• Whips - we use whips rather than bouys, and it is far more functional (see images).
• Anchor is great, works very well
• Extra propellor comes with the boat
• A/V - Speakers are functional, 2 front 2 rear, with Aux Out.
• Waterskis, kids waterskis, wakeboard, lines, all comes with the boat
• Stern night light indicator is functional, all lights functional
• Bimini - functional, but old and worn. No tears.

• Back seat needs a minor fix - wooden underneath is broken, no tears in leather.
• Boat does NOT COME WITH A TRAILER. (we've never needed one, as FR Smith does everything!)
