This charge will also be refunded in full if you do not take possession of the boat and/or title due to the boat not being described accurately. In some cases the boat owner will give away or sell the boat elsewhere or have an outstanding lien and we will have to refund your money in full if you were invoiced and paid. We have no control over this and will do our very best to prevent this from occurring.
