HISTORY:The original owner and dealership where the boat was purchased new, are both right here on Lake Conroe, TX. I am the 2nd owner of this boat, and purchased it a year ago with the intent of fully restoring it to showroom status. The project has turned out way better I could have hoped for. Unfortunately now, I'm moving off the lake and won't have use for it where we are headed.The boat has been stored inside since I picked it up. It has been meticulously refurbished with much attention to detail, and loaded with custom upgrades.I recommend viewing on a desktop computer so you can enlarge the photos, and see the attention to detail that was taken throughout.ENGINE/OUTDRIVE:A 415-horsepower Volvo Penta 8.2 GSi/DP engine with 300 freshwater hours, that runs like new. DuoProp drive puts the boat on plane in 3.2 seconds, and hits top speed close to 60 mph. Based on a cruise speed of 30 mph and the boat's 70-gallon fuel capacity, the boat should offer 190-mile range.Full inspection and servicing recently completed by a local dealer (Texas Marine), with no issues found. I will provide guarantee to be in working order upon sale.TRAILER:The Dorsey trailer is custom for this boat, which has brand new tires and rims. Brakes and lights are good. The actuator is really the only issue and could use servicing.NOTES:This boat really is one-of-a-kind, and something that must be seen and driven to appreciate. It's 4700 lbs dry with a22-degree deep-V hull which does well in the chop.The new R7 is the most comparable that Cobalt offers today and it starts at $128K from the dealership.
