Cobalt

We bought this boat in July for 13K and spent an additional 3K sprucing it up.

We put on a new stainless steel volvo front prop, installed a new bilge,

had it detailed (interior & exterior). We had 3 wonderful weekends

on the boat in the Hamptons. Day trips to Montauk, Shelter Island, Sag

Harbor etc and put about 30 hours on it - worry free. Then the engine

'went out' and we are told by our East Hampton marina that the engine

essentially needs a rebuild/repower. One mechanic said they could

probably get the current engine running for a few grand, but we aren't

willing to take this risk anymore and are therefore hoping someone would

like to take it off our hands. The interior is in wonderful shape and there are no rips/tears on the

seats. The interior is all white and super classic. Skeg & cav

plate have minor cosmetic issues, but do not effect performance. We

have 10yrs or so of records to give new owner (that we were given from

previous owner) as this has been a Hamptons boat most of it's life.
