Excellent overall condition. Upholstery & snap-in carpets replaced Winter of 2018 by 3rd party associated with Cobalt Boats using latest Cobalt material (basically factory new). Exterior was polished and waxed just a month ago and shines like new. Boat does contain some minor dock rash (not visible from more than couple feet away) as expected on a 20-year old boat.

Description:

Excellent condition Cobalt 220 with many upgrades and only 650 hours. Boat has been pampered its entire life based in Independence, KS (just 15 miles down the road from Neodesha where Cobalts are built) or in Springfield, MO used on Table Rock Lake. Boat was moved to Midland, TX in April 2019.

Upgrades/Features:

- Modern water-edge two-level swim platform from late model Cobalt boats (installed by a Cobalt associate) - Captain Call exhaust - Upholstery & snap-in carpets replaced Winter of 2018 by Cobalt associate using same materials sold with new $50k models ($6k spent on the replacement) - Oversized factory Bimini top in like new condition (model used on mid-2000 24ft Cobalts) - Mercury Revolution 4 4-blade Prop (Quicksilver Q4 edition), great with water sports. - Complete tune-up performed Winter 2019, ready to go for with standard maintenance for several seasons. (Distributor assembly, coil, plugs, wires, complete fluid change) - Factory Dorsey trailer that fits like a glove, brakes replaced Winter 2019.

The Cobalt 220 hull is known for it's smooth ride and level bow attitude. We've installed a 4-blade prop which is efficient at plane, great for watersports. Easily pulls slalom skiers. With current prop, boat tops out around 45mph but easily holds plane as low as 13mph with a good wake shape, great for wakeboarding.

Our plan was to keep this boat for several seasons, hence the great investment to keep it like-new but decided to move up to a Cobalt 272 due to our increasing family size. Once you go with a Cobalt, you'll never switch brands, this 220 was our first.
