This is an original condition,
1972 Chris Craft XK-19. The engine, which is the original engine, is a Chris Craft 350 FLV. Included is a spare tire, anchor, portable
ladder, and tonneau cover. I purchased this boat last year and had it shipped from IL to CA.
While in IL, it was in a heated, covered storage. When I purchased
this boat and trailer, I had it shrink wrapped and shipped via flatbed truck to CA. The
hour meter on the boat indicates 209 hours; however, I do not know when
this hour meter was installed. I have not started the engine or put the boat in the water. The engine, which is still winterized, and boat are in the same condition as when I purchased it. The
upholstery appears to be the original brown vinyl and it needs to be
replaced. In addition, the fiberglass engine hatch needs some minor
repair where the hinges attach. Further, the hull appears to be in
original condition and has minor stress cracking and dings to the
gelcoat consistent with a classic, collectible boat that is over 40
years old. The flooring appears to be the original white vinyl. It appears the fuel tank was replaced by a prior owner. I'm assuming this because the fuel pick up has been left exposed on the floor. The CA title to the boat is clear and in my possession. In addition, the CA registration and Quagga/Zebra Mussel fees for the boat are current until August 2015. As
for the trailer, it is a single axle Calkins trailer which was used
only to store the boat in the marina; therefore, it was not registered
in IL or CA. It has not been used to transport the boat on the road and
does not have plates. It does
not have brakes and the condition of the trailer lights is unknown.
The trailer is being sold with a notarized bill of sale. In
addition, I will provide the winning bidder with a copy of the bill of
sale from when I purchased it from IL. I will also assist in the
preparation of any paperwork needed to register and/or title the trailer
in your state. The trailer tires and spare are in good shape and hold
air.Included is the research
packet from the Mariners Museum and the engine operator's manual. This
appears to be a great stock, original hull boat with original engine
that would be a great winter project, an excellent candidate for restoration for fun or show. Here are the specifications:Length - 19'3"Beam - 7'4"Draft - 30"Freeboard - Forward 24" Aft 20"Height - 5'10"Weight - 2861 lbs.Fuel cap. - 34 gals.Hull - white fiberglassUpholstery - brown vinylThis
boat and trailer are being sold as is. Please contact me for
