It has its original hull and hasbeen in dry storage in the Dallas area for several years. Last time inthe water everything was running great. This is the perfect boat to keep at your lake house. The little runabout is powered by what we believe is it's original Model K Chris Craft Marine inboard engine.
This is a solid little boat that is a perfect starter boat for someone looking to get into the great hobby of wooden boats. It includes the trailer that was made to make launching this 17 footer an easy task. There appears to be no dry rot at all on this boat. All it needs is a good soaking to expand the wood again, since it's been out of water for some time. There are several informative sites that will tell you exactly how to do this, if you are new to wood boats.VIEW SLIDESHOW BELOW
