This is my 1986 Chris Craft 222 Stinger. I have owned it since about 2005 Since then the boat has been completely redone through out the years. About 3 years ago the cockpit was redone in all new wood and upholstery. The dash was custom built and holds all Livorsi carbon fiber monster gauges. Also about 3-4 years ago i installed the 454 and bravo outdrive. The original boat came with a small block and alpha drive. I also added the 280 k-planes which help when it gets rough. The cabin was re-done last year and other than holding the life jackets and anchor it has never been used. The blue flooring you see in the cockpit and on the two swim platforms is the hydroturf material you find on jet skis. its nice under the feet. Its not glued down in the cockpit but it is glued down on the platforms. I also am including another full 4x8 sheet of it to finish the back engine area if you wanted to. When the boat was swapped over to the 454/bravo i was forced to loose the two jump seats that these boats normally have. I still have the two side walls which are brand new never used when i redid them...also have the original engine hatch and one set of the jump seats so if you ever wanted to convert it back to the way it came from the factory with a small block it can be done easily. There are tons of things I'm forgetting and will add to the listing as it comes back to me. The trailer comes with the boat....but i don't have an actual title for it. I have the original bill of sale and a weight slip since it was purchased in Michigan and there it was registered as a home made trailer. Michigan also does not title trailers under a certain weight.I primarily used it up in Wisconsin (where they also do not title small trailers) out on Lake Michigan when the waves allowed it. Since my parents sold the house in Wisconsin some two years ago i brought the boat down to Chicago and have used it maybe 5-10 times. And unfortunately the waves around the city get a bit large from all the boat traffic and my wife doesn't like getting bounced around as much so she wants a bigger boat if we get another one. Right now i think we may just hold off on getting another boat until we retire down in florida in about 10-15 years or so. The boat was never kept in the water over night while i have owned it. It was always stored inside during the winter at my place of work in a heated loading dock. I just took it out of storage to take all the pictures you see and to start it up for the first time this year. Fired up no problems. I can send you the video of the startup if you want to send me an email address to send it to. I may try to post it up on youtube and post the link here as well. I also took compression tests on all the cylinders just before the first startup. No oil in the cylinders and i didn't have the carb full open which i didn't know about till after i was done. All the cylinders were between 124psi and 135psi well within the 10% variance you would expect. And i was told the reading would be higher it i did the compression test properly...i was told it should have been done with engine warm after 20min of run time or with a squirt of oil in each cylinder and carb wide open during cranking. Oh the boat also has a bimini top that will be included with the boat...i have never used it myself. As i said i will be posting more information as i remember it so keep checking back if interested. Any questions please ask anytime and if you want any pictures of something specific just ask and i will get them for you. Thanks
