This 1947 Chris Craft Special Rocket is a fun little wood boat. She is 16 feet and great for someone who loves classic boats but is limited by space. Easy to trailer to and from your favorite boating waters. When on the trailer it will fit in most residential garages.This is a complete boat. Powered by a Chris Craft "K" 95hp engine. Compression check cylinders were 70+ psi.-Hull number 16R039-Has a custom fit canvas cover.-Boat is original and complete. Original bottom.-Varnished prior to my possession. Is due for additional varnish coats.-Always been stored covered indoors on trailer.-Refurbished fuel tank. Boiled, stripped, sealed and painted.-Carburetor rebuilt.-Intake/Exhaust manifold replaced. Original was cracked.-Generator and Starter rebuilt-New Jabsco water pumpAll old parts/components retained and included with sale.
