Chris Craft SEDAN

Hello, I am trying to sell my very nice "CHRIS". She is 41.5 feet long. A 1940, has been in Tarpon Springs, Fla., for a very long time. She has history on the Anclote River. She was restored about 8 to 10 years ago, by a local builder and owner. He did not cut any corners.Electric is ready to go. We use it daily at the city marina, where we keep it. Hull is Mahogany/ 3/4 Glass over. Glass all the way up. Inside below deck moist, not dried out. Props good. Great Hull. Pictures say it all concerning inside of boat. Very nice inside. Kitchen is sweet. Birth is sweet. Shower and sink are sweet. Toilet (with chemical system septic) needs work. Stove, Frig., Freezer, double sink, floors, A/C (wall unit) sweet. 2 onboard a/c work, need service. Very nice live aboard right now. 8 (or so) years ago vessel was running 100%. it was turned off and never started again. 2 6cyl. Perkins Diesel Turbo with working Trannies. Injectors are out and mystery oil in cylinders. 3 d-cell batteries (full and charged). This Chris Craft was an old timers retirement dream boat. When he wired it, he did a really nice and neat job throughout. Don't get me wrong, this is not a new boat (1940) and she has a few issues. No Generator. Shore power is fine. 50 amp svc. Motors are neat and clean. Engine area clean, have not started engines. I know for a fact these were running engines and completely running without problems when use was stopped, Trannies as well. If I had to give an overall rating on a 1 to 10, Hull/9...inside Cabin/8....outside above waterline/6...engines/5 ????? maybe easy to get running, ...electric/9...2 a/c units/8....appliances/8. This is a SWEET CHRIS. Priced to sell $22 k obo/ possible trade with $12 k cash. Let's talk.
