Chris Craft Sea Skiff

I am the third owner of this classic, gently used and well-maintained 1965 Chris Craft Sea Skiff 19'. I purchased the boat in 2005, from Sunburst Marine in Boyne City, Michigan. The owner of that marina only had her for a few months, and had intended to keep the boat & take her to Florida, so installed a fresh water flush system (never used). He also installed mahogany slats in the inside walls from the floor to the gunnel, which is the only substantive change from original stock condition. However, I bought the boat before she could leave for Florida, so she has only seen fresh water. She has spent most of her life in Northern Michigan on Burt Lake and Lake Charlevoix. She had just under 100 hours on the clock SINCE 1965 when I purchased her. I have put another 75 hours on her since, so the clock shows 175 total hours since new, which I believe to be accurate. The bottom is original & has been professionally painted several times. The vinyl cover on the bow has been repaired; and I have had the interior wood revarnished several times. The 185 HP 283 c.i. engine has been maintained regularly, and new original equipment heads were installed several years ago, only because the valve covers were showing rust. Annual oil changes, replaced starter motor, replaced bilge pump. Not a lot of other moving parts! The gauges have lost some numbers from sun exposure. We have used the boat primarily for pulling a skier, but she'll hold a bunch of folks for a pleasure cruise, with the two bench seats and the padded engine housing. The boat comes with a 2005 tandem axle Yacht Master trailer in excellent shape which hauls nicely. The boat is located in Gaylord, Michigan. I have more pictures if you like. She comes with a white bikini top and a dark cover (as pictured). I hate to see her go, but am offering her with a very low reserve, because I don't want to do this twice!
