1952 Chris-Craft Riviera 18' Mahogany Antique BoatPartially Restored Sides, Deck and Transom2022 Pacific TrailerLocation: Healdsburg CA 95448This 1952 Chris-Craft 18 foot Riviera pleasure craft has been partially restored by the owner. Hull # R18-281.The bottom of boat and two rows of lower planks on the side and transom were restored with MMM #5200 sealant, marine plywood and African Mahogany.Top deck of boat needs to be completed and new wood purchased restored with marine plywood and Mahogany planks.The wood on deck is screwed in place and is complete. Only the perimeter molding needs completing.All chrome parts and gauges are included but some may need repair or re-chroming. Gauges are original.Old seats as well as old parts are included to be used as templates. Steering wheel is not original nor a Chris-Craft one.The original Chris-Craft KFL straight 6 engine with 2 up draft carburetors will need to be rebuilt.The entire boat needs to be sanded, stained and varnished.The Pacific #2000 dual axel trailer has a 2 inch ball hitch. It is in good condition and may need some cosmetic touch ups. Discrepancy Reporting:In the event that a buyer or his agent discovers a major discrepancy between the auction listing and the actual vehicle at the time of pickup, we urge the buyer not to pick up the vehicle. Instead, please take pictures and promptly contact us via classifieds board.
Inspection and Acceptance:Once the buyer or their authorized agent takes possession of the vehicle, no allowances will be made for any defects or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyers or his agent to thoroughly inspect and accept the vehicle in its current state.
"As Is" with "No Warranty":Please be aware that all vehicles are sold "As Is" with absolutely no warranty. Buyers should understand that they are acquiring the vehicle in its current condition.
No Legal Recourse:Buyers acknowledge that there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover any defects in the vehicle after it has been picked up.
Ask Questions Before Bidding:To ensure you have a clear understanding of the vehicle's condition, we strongly recommend that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid, response provided within 24 hours.
Binding Contract:Placing a bid on an item is a commitment and constitutes a binding contract. By bidding, the buyer commits to purchasing the item should they win the auction.
Non-Paying Winners:In the interest of maintaining the integrity of our auction process, non-paying winners will be reported to classifieds board. This underscores the importance of fulfilling your commitment to purchase.
Payment and Pickup:Payment for vehicles must be made within 48 hours of the auctions conclusion. Furthermore, buyers are required to pick up the vehicle within 10 days after the auction's end, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to before the auction ends.
Shipping:Please note that we do not provide shipping services.
Payment Processing:Be aware that payment may take 24 to 48 hours to clear. After payment clears, buyer will receive pick up instructions. Buyers are required to schedule an appointment for vehicle pickup.

Warranty
- Vehicle Sold "AS-IS": This vehicle is being sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed, written, or implied , regarding the condition or performance of the vehicle.
- Description and Authenticity: The Seller shall not be responsible for the correctness of the description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects of the vehicle. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and should not be construed as a warranty of any kind.
- No Allowance for Imperfections: The Seller will not make any allowance or compensation on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect, or damage found in the vehicle. Buyers should be aware that they are purchasing the vehicle in its current condition.
- Responsibility for Inspection: It is the responsibility of the Buyer or their authorized agent to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before taking possession of it. The Seller strongly encourages buyers to conduct a comprehensive inspection to assess the vehicle's condition accurately.

Pick Up/Shipping
- Buyer's Responsibility: The Buyer is solely responsible
for the pickup of the purchased vehicle within 10 days following the close
of the auction.
- Transaction
Cancellation:
If the vehicle is not picked up within the specified 10-day period, the
Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction. In such a case, the
Buyer will receive a refund minus a $75 relist and restocking fee.
- Scheduling Pick-Up: The Buyer must schedule
an appointment to pick up the vehicle. Access to the yard or the vehicle
will not be granted until the full payment has been received and cleared.
- No Shipping: Please note that the
Seller does not provide shipping services. All transactions are based on
local pick-up only.
