Steel hull Roamer. 35 ft length x 12' beam, weighs approx. 17,000 lbs. 11'6" height from keel to pilot house roof. Hull bottom was replated with 3/16" A-36 steel in 2005. New rudders, rudder logs and propeller shaft Algonquin packing seal assemblies. Has new 30 amp tri battery charger, new house shore power wiring, 3 group 27 batterys one year old. starboard engine has approx. 420 hours, port engine is new this year with only 12 hours on it. Engines are Mercruiser 255 hp with velvet drive transmissions. (Chevy 350 V-8 gas) Hull bottom does not leak. Interior is nice. Cabin side windows need a wood trim piece on outside where deck meets cabin sole, replaced or calked. Side windows have a couple of leaks, nothing major for a carpenter or woodworker. Runs great. Is stored inside for the winter in Sandusky Ohio. Can be seen by appointment. I have a phone video of the engines running the day we put her in storage in October this year.Comes with----
