You are looking at the Best Classic Yacht Value in North America! This incredible yacht is the Lady Mohr. She is the only surviving 1941Chris Craft D.C.E.B (Double Cabin Enclosed Bridge) classic yacht of this year and size in existence. She was built for Frank Mohr, a wealthy and influential businessman in 1941. It was the largest Chris Craft ever shipped to the West Coast. He kept it hidden during WWII so that it would not be conscripted. This incredible testament to marine history had over $400,000 spent on structural restoration 4 years ago from the keel up.The first picture is from 4 years ago before she sat outside to the weather. No rain water entered her ever, but exposure to the weather caused the paint and varnish to deteriorate.New bottom, keel, transom, frames, planks, bronze thru-hulls, water tanks, gas tanks, propellershafts, wiring, plumbing, all new bronze fasteners, toilets, etc ..The engines are 1968 Ford/Chris Craft 427 side oilersand they should be rebuilt. She was originallypowered with twin 140 HP Chryslerstraight eights, that pushed this 45 foot boat to 38 knots. The Ford 427 engines are 300 HP each! This is one of the very first Chris Craft Yachts witha semi planinghull and she only drafts 32 inches. The frames are oak and the hull (planks) are double-planked mahogany. The cabin is Philippinemahogany and the decks are mahogany. The first picture in from 4 years ago on Lake Union Seattle, Washington. We have all the hardware etc. This yacht has all roll up windows too, like an automobile. There is still restoration to do, though mostly paint and varnish. This boat does not leak! It is currently in our restoration facility and we had intended to complete the restoration and keep her as our family yacht. We have decided to invest in a new business and so it is available at a no reserve startingbid ata fraction of its worth for a limited time. Yes we have a Clear Vessel Document of Ownership. Please bid or communicate if you are sincere and financially capable only.If you need transport measurements, the vessel is 45 feet in length, 12 foot wide (beam) and 12' 6 inches from the bottom of the keel to the top of the cabin roof. We can recommend experienced transport if needed.Yes it has two heads (toilets) , and a full stand up shower. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a magnificenthistoric vessel. In the event that our funding for the new business comes through before someone has the good fortune of bidding and owning her, we will take her off the market and complete her restoration. At that point "if" we decide to sell her, it will be througha licensed yacht broker to the tune of $1,000,000.00There is no appraisal.
