1955 53' Chris Craft Constellation.

1 of 4 left in existence.

Twin Detroit 671 diesels rated at 240hp each.

Allison transmissions.

Westerbeke 8kw diesel genset.

Forced air diesel furnace.

4,000lb winch on davitt.

32 volt, 12 volt, and 120 volt sytems all beautifully rewired recently.

3 staterooms, king berth in master, twin in guest, and two bunks in forward stateroom.

2 heads, one full size shower.

Currently running 2 micathermic heaters and a dehumidifier.

Mahogany hull, teak decks.

Recent survey. Stem and ribs are sound.

Mechanically sound and ready to plane out to her top speed of 23 mph.

She was is amazing shape in 2011 but spent 3 years uncovered. That time took a toll on her top paint, toe rails, rub rails, and a few top planks. She'll need work soon but I stabilized her with a superstructure and shrinkwrap cover. Here's your chance to own a piece of history at an amazingly low price. I had hoped to restore her to $150,000 plus range but I live too far away and just have too many other commitments. This vessel is Federally documented and fully insurable. Some pics are 2011, others are current. Open to trades up or down.

Hi, If your CCC is still for sale. I am interested in seeing it. I will be in West Seattle in a couple days visiting my brother. I live in Portland. I have looked a couple CCC here on the Columbia but they had extensive decay on the transom. I am a craftsman/handyman but there are limits to my abilities. I also own a 1928 Dodge WaterCar, 20' Classic wood boat so I know how much love and $ these old boats ask for.

Hello, I have looked at a couple Constellations in the Portland area and a couple in LA but they all had a fair amount of exterior wood decay. Your boat appears to look much better than most. I have a 1928 20’ Dodge WaterCar so I know the care, love and cash they require.
I live in Portland and available to venture up to see it between December 28th. and January 3rd.
