This is a very roomy Double Cabin with a Master aft berth and shower. Large forward berths with private lav. Huge salon and interior.
The engines run and shift perfectly. The forward berth sleeps 2. There is a pull out couch that sleeps 2. The master berth will sleep 4.
There is a nice sized head with shower.
There is full canvas top rebuilt two years ago, see photos.

A $500.00 deposit is required within 24 hour after auction closes. Please use PayPal or FedEx overnight or an equivalent overnight shipper. If the deposit is not posted the next day, the boat will be sold to the next person in line at my discretion.

One half of final sale price to be paid within 7 days after auction closes. The balance is duewithin 14 days and or taking possession of the boat, and any checks ortransfers must post to my account and the same for the final payment, before vessel will be released. Vessel is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. Title and vessel are free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. Buyer must abide by the laws of the State of Texas in regards to sales and use taxes. Buyer is responsible for any future slip rental agreements with marina and any shipping or storage. At this time you pay no slip fees of any kind until the water level goes up to a safe level to move her out of the slip. you will have about 30 days to move her when the water level is ok to do so.
