This listing is for a boat that is currently being lived on in Coconut grove off of Dinner key. It is anchored in the water. The pictures I posted are old and I expect the boat to look completely different. Here is a video of the boat before I rented it to the current live aboard:https://youtu.be/L2-Y1xxv3AIIf you are expecting an ocean going vessel with running engines, this is not it. There are gas engines on board and possibly an outboard but I do not know the current condition. Could run great, might be frozen. It's a gamble!A couple of things to note:-I cannot show the boat to be inspected. It is anchored in the water and I live in far away. I do agree the boat is floating and you can get it, no problem.-The boat is being used as a liveaboard so you can continue using it for that purpose.-You will have to retrieve or tow the boat from where it is, which is anchored off of dinner key in Coconut grove, Florida.-You can likely leave it there until you are ready to pick it up.-You should be ready to fix up this boat, not have high expectations.-You can keep renting the boat to the current liveaboard (his name is Ivan) for $500 per month (but this is between you and him and not part of the sale of course)The video walk through above and the pictures are going to be completely different. Please be aware that this is just showing you the boat. I do not know what's on it, or what is not on it. Just go pick it up and fix her up!I do promise that you will love this boat. I have had many old boats and this one is special, I can't tell you why or put my finger on it. But if I have to keep her, it's all good!***About the 2 negative feedback on my account: I also sold my SeaRay on classifieds board but it kept getting automatically 'relisted' by classifieds board without my knowledge. So I canceled the duplicate auctions and the buyers were upset and left me negative feedback for not selling them the boat. So there were 3 buyers and only 1 boat! I sold to the first buyer but like I said the other 2 left negative feedback.I have clear title, I will need cash or wire transfer for title, I can hand you the title in person or mail it to you. then you go pick up your mystery boat at the time of your choosing. I guarantee you will be happy as long as you are ready to make the boat the way you want it.
