This offering is for a 1969 Chris - Craft 60 ft Commander Motor Yatch. The first large Chris ever made hull # FMA 60 0001.Hull is sound, very, very heavy layup (thickness) They weren't sure about fiberglass back then so they built them thick.Dupont chemical provider the resin and bought this first boat for family use. They liked it!Engines are free, engine room is clean and oil free. All this can be done with Home Depot material. This is a great opportunity to have a go any where, live aboard or even a B & B.Please feel free to ask questions.Engines are Detroit Diesel 12V71 naturals, on turbos. They are not seized! No gensetsNo batteriesThis is not my boat, I am helping a friend who suddenly lost her husband to a stroke. Thanks, Capt. Mike

Just wondering if this still available or if it has already been sold?
Is this boat still available and when where it can be seen? I live in Florida and need to fly.
Thanks
Mike-
I went and viewed this boat 2 weekends ago (2/5-2/6). It is indeed a large project in need of total rebuild I’m familiar with the boat (remember it as a kid in Georgetown where we had our slip).
I’m in residential construction, but have boat builders and designers in the family. His might be up my alley for a project, but have not heard from the gentleman I talked to (Tim Brennan). Are you “mike” who’s # is on the for sale sign?
Would be interested in making offer…
