This is your opportunity to own a two bedroom apartment on the water, a classic and well built yacht with timeless style. The hull and freeboard are in good shape and buffed out nicely in May 2016. That was also the last time fresh bottom paint was applied. She will need to hauled out and done again this Spring. The cabin top and bridge need paint work. The carpet needs replaced inside. 2 of the 3 AC units need new condensers, the forward one only needs a relay. The port engine has been pulled and professionally rebuilt. It is bored 30 over. The starboard engine is still in the boat. The port engine is in my garage, a long block ready to go. You will need to pull the port engine and rebuild it as well. You will need new risers and manifolds as that is what caused the damage. The Gen set runs but, will need a new exhaust elbow. There was a new Inverter installed 6 years ago and all the 6volt batteries where replaced last year. They last 5+ years. Both Electrisan heads need replaced. The start batteries are new. There is an out dated radar but, is nema compatible. The line to the ice maker needs replaced but, the ice maker works. All controls function and most everything else is functional. Navigation lights need bulbs replaced. Stove, water heater, lights, ACs, engine room lights, all interior ac lights and outlets work. Most all 12 volt lights work as does all 12 volt systems including heads. The macerator motors are bad but, they have power to them. The aft hatch seal needs replaced as does the head liner in the master stateroom do to the hatch leaking in heavy rains. The deck and cabin are sold. No windows or other hatches leak. All through hulls are in good condition and work well. The boat is quite dry aside from the aft hatch. This boat is a great Liveaboard with a very roomy interior and tons of storage. The boat is docked at Herrington Harbour Marina in MD. The slip is available with the boat.
