is an ideal "Live Aboard - Cottage on the Water" with her enormous

interior and friendly helm/aft deck entertaining space. Her helm is level with the aft

deck so the helmsman is not separated from the passengers. The boat excels at

hosting a crowd, never hesitate to invite 10-20 of your closest friends because handling a crowd on this vessel is never a problem. The forward bench seating provides plenty of room to enjoy the view while underway. The large foredeck is suitable for chaise lounges to relax and soak up the sun. The Catalina 381 is famous for its large interior equipped with two full staterooms both with heads and showers and a very large salon. This is a wonderful vessel

with many attractive features. The interior has been redone, updating

the carpet and replacing the headliner. The boat is extremely luxurious

for two couples each comfortably enclosed in their own stateroom with

shower and head. Fresh water boat in excellent condition. Powered by twin inboard 454 Crusader engines, this vessel performs remarkably for a boat of its size. This boat is powerful enough to plane out

with a top speed around 25 MPH. An Onan 6.5 genset provides power while underway or at anchor. 400 gallons of fuel make extended cruises or The Great Loop easily possible.- Sleeps 6 people extremely comfortably.- Master stateroom has walk around king size bed, head, shower/tub.- Guest stateroom has queen bed, head, shower. - Salon has fold out couch (sleeps 2).- Generous storage throughout the boat.- Galley has 3 burner electric stove, refrigerator, freezer & microwave.- 38 feet long with a 14 foot beam.The boat is currently shrink wrapped with storage paid through the end of the summer.
