This vessel is a large 2 bedroom 2 bath with a kitchen living room combo inbetween the two rooms and topside has a forward sun deck and rear lounge deck.

**It does not have motors, fuel tanks, throttle controls, gauges or AC units. There is a 6.5 Onan generator in the engine room that DOES turn over BUT will need the exhaust manifold replaced due to rust. Everything else is there. There was twin 454 crusaders in this boat but they were removed due to being seized **

Running gear,the shafts and props are still on the boat.

Accommodations: Large aft master bedroom with TONS of storage, 2 closets, 12v/120v lighting TV connections and plugs.

Attached full bath with porta potty, sink, and bath/shower combo.

The Salon/Kitchen area is a VERY large room with plenty of space for a large couch, table and entertainment stand. 120v and 12v lighting, plugs, bar style kitchen island with large stainless steel sink, 12v/120v full size Norcold fridge, 15 amp and 20 amp plugs, overhead vent, in the wall storage, overhead storage, Sliding door to entrance of vessel and to topside party deck.

The front bedroom has enough room for a queen size v birth style bed, one large closet plenty of storage, 2 port hole windows and one large deck hatch. Attached is a remodeled bathroom with custom tile, new toilet, new sink, new plumbing, new 50 gal holding tank, and stand up shower.

The topside consists of two general areas. There is the forward sundeck and the aft party deck. The forward sundeck is a large flat surface area perfect for several people to lay down and catch some sun. It has enough space for 4 sun chairs and molded into the top is a large 6 ft wide bench seat. There is a 3 ft long pulpit with a 40 lb Danforth anchor, spotlight and solar safety line led lights. The aft party deck features a large full size bimini top, small wet bar with working sink, re-purposed teak wood table, helm, "green room" plant area and helm.

Mechanical: 10gal 120v water heater, 12v 3.5gpm fresh water pump, 3 bilge pumps, a 50&60 gallon waste tank, a 50&65 gal fresh water tank, 120v AC pump, 6.5 Onan Gas generator, sea strainer thru hulls, and hydraulic steering system

Electrical:2-30amp shore power outlets,1-TV/Phone input, 1-30 amp shore power cord, 120v electrical panel, 12v electrical panel, 1 deep cycle battery, 6.5 Onan gas generator (needs repair but turns over), bow search light, solar led, 12v and 120v lighting.

Safety Equipment: compass, flare kit, horn, life jackets, throw cushion, dock lines, 40 lb Danforth anchor chain and line, dock poles.

There are few marina around were you can restore/refurbish this boat. We need the space and have no dockage available.
