Pleanty of storage and full hanging closets!!Full forward stateroom also has its own bath and shower.Spacious galley and dinette table. All appliances ( work) for easy living including new large microwave. THer is also a beautiful stainless steel Magma grill for outdoor grilling.Salon ( living room) is spacious and clean and sofa turns into another bed!Some New electronics GPS, depth sounder New reverse cycle Marine Air Conditioning throughout-I spent $5k on a new state of the art system. Brand New dingy davit system (I spent $3k) so you can haul and stow and use your dinghywith ease.Some personal notes: Thisis a very easy and SAFE boat to use. TWIN engines plus a generator. Allhave been serviced and new hoses and clamps have been installed throughout!!! One or two people can easily handle this boat- I did and I was alone and not very experienced. Q. What s the boat made out of ? A. Fiberglass2. Saltwater or Fresh water? A. IT can be used in ANY water. It has been used in both the OCEAN ( I just made the 400 miles down the Atlantic and rivers from NYC to Deltaville, VA! last week arriving Sept 11, 2017)3. Q.What is the overall condition? A. Mechanically she is in sound condition and her engines have received an exhaustive inspection and tubes and hoses and clamps and fluids AND ALL FILTERS have all been replaced and carefully maintained. She rides very confidently in the water. The engines hum.Needs1. a top or bimini ( the stainless steel structure is in place- just needs canvass.2. Scratches AND SOME CRACKLING IN THE GEL COAT AROUND A FEW STANCHIONS.( where the stainless steel safety tubing that goes around the boat meets the deck). This is probably the result of people pulling on it when they get on and off the boat. It needs to be re-bedded. Not a big deal. They either drill in deeper or if there is moisture cut it out and replace that area and repaint the spot. I have had this done on my other boat that I own.3. Missing external air vents4. Few gauges not working5. No trim tabs( I had them removed)5. Q How many miles/ hours are left on the engine? A. Caterpillar 3208's are GREAT engines and can easily go to 10,000 hours or more if properly serviced( change the oil, change the fuel filters, USE THE BOAT!!!)6.Why am I selling her?A. I bought her to do a portion of the intercoastal/Great Loop; I'm done it and now live on another boat in California7. Q Does it have a water maker? A. No8. Q.Does it come with a dinghy? A.No9. Q How many people can comfortably sleep on board? Two staterooms and a pull-out couch-Perfect for a couple with children.10.Q What's new on the boat? A.
