Professionally rebuilt from stem to stern with all new modern materials in a 3 year project. Power train, electrical, plumbing, paint, teak walls, entertainment systems.
This is a substantial cruiser/liveaboard; you will not be wasting your time checking this out, especially when compared to the "marginal" deals and quality that is the used boat market.
The 35DC is a heavy platform, more so than the 36 Tournament Sportfishthat I've also owned. It's been ideal for family cruising, taking a sea or the rollers from the bigger boats. The boat is used and serviced regularly without issues; all systems work as they should, including the 2 Air Systems. Two large staterooms, two heads, one with a fiberglass tub. All of the support systems are from the rehab, with stainless steel water heater, holding tanks, chargers, pumps, LED's, etc. Electronics are basic with GPSmap 541S, VHF, Sirius with NOAA, sync. The safety systems include sniffer alarm, large Fireboy, detectors. Remote flood/search light/remote windlass/trim tabs/davit.
Clean boat, clean title, ready to go; needs nothing.
Any and all questions are welcomed.
The vessel is beingmarketed locally; the listing may be withdrawn without notice.

The vessel had a licensed clerk of the works that employed professional contractors associated at the Marine yard. There was no do-it-yourself work by the owner. The interior walls, ceiling, dcor, and mechanical systems of the boat were substantially removed and replaced with new. Systems replaced included all electrical, plumbing, venting, domestic hot water, and waste components. Fifty-hour engines were torn down, inspected, and assembled with quality seals and gaskets. The finished interior changed the floor plan with new teak walls and galley island. LED lighting is new throughout the boat.
There are a few remaining tasks; however, all are simple decorating ideal for the liveaboard day.
All improvements were made during the past 3 years.
