Chris Craft Barrel Back

Thanks for your interest in this beautiful boat. I am the second owner since the builder finished it in 2006. Its a direct copy of a 1939 Chris craft barrel back. A few changes have been made, for instance the power plant is a new fuel injected mercruiser 350ci which makes 330HP. The trans is a single speed velvet drive with a 4 bladed brass prop. the through-hull exhaust really sounds great. boat just went through a full service back in march which was a new raw water pump, fuel injectors serviced and tuned by RC fuel injection. all fresh fluids. filters etc. In 2017 the boat was sanded, chrome removed and re varnished and painted by Team Yachts in San Pedro CA. all chrome was redone. This boat has been built 1' longer than the originals by adding an extra 6" to the cabins for more leg room than the 30's models. I am 6'3" and i fit comfortably. A real head turner with no quirks like a 75 year old boat. It cruises no problem in still water to about 45-50 MPH. I had a friend clock me on lake havasu next to his Magic at about 48 mid lake early morning. still had 3-400 rpm left.
