FANTASTIC BARN FIND - 14FT "RUNABOUT" with anoriginal (electric start) Mercury Mark 55 Outboard Motor.Boat has been sitting in a barn here in Southern Nevada since the mid 60 's.Motor shows compression and turns around.Looks like it 's all there and the original trailer is included as well.It needs restoration, that 's for sure but it looks ok.No paperwork but I will make a bill of sale for theboat, the motor and the trailer.Motor is in great shape but obviously needs to be looked at before you can start her up.It has been sitting for almost 50 years so you know what to do before you can surf around with this sweet runabout.The wood is strong and it looks like it could be an easy restoration. For sure not rottedout no weak spots.I believe it would be a good idea to replace the top deckbecause that 's an easy fix to get a brilliant result after you painted it with several layers ofclear coat, but that 's up to you.Boat is located here in Boulder City Nevada (89005), I can help with loading the trailer and the boat on your trailer.What you see in the pictures is what I sell.14Ft long. We did some research and I believe it 's a CHRIS CRAFT BOAT from 1955-1958. (Barracuda or Zephyr?) but not 100% sure toconfirm that.The motor could be from 1957, I received an email from a collector and he confirmed 1957.Another interesting question I had, the FLATBED TRAILER IS NOT INCLUDED in the sale. It 's the small boat trailer in the pictures, that is included.Last but not least, the tires on the boat trailer do hold air, we put a set of used (ok-ish) tires on the trailer.Will notrecommend to tow the trailer across country like it sits, but it is movable for sure.Feel free to call me for more info.phone
