14 foot beam and is 41.2 feet in length. The pulpit and swim platform make it 44 feet overall. The swim platform has a hot/cold shower. The engines have approximately two hours on them since being serviced. The gauges show the port engine has 1228 hours and the starboard engine has 1186 hours. The generator shows 656 hours. We have replaced the 12,500 btu heat/air unit with a 16,000 btu heat/air unit and have also replaced the raw water pump for that unit. We also replaced the macerator and the vacuum pump for the black water system. The icemaker on the deck has been replaced as well. A flat screen tv has been added to the salon area in addition to a vhs/dvd player/recorder. A flat screen tv has been added to the master berth. The kitchen features the original electric/alcohol combo stove and a new refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker,electric fryer, etc. The head is a full bath with a separate shower stall. The dining area, living area, and mid-cabin all convert to double bed sleeping areas in addition to the king master berth. Since we are older and plan totravel for extended lengths of time, we have decided to give someone else the opportunity to enjoy the yacht as much as we have, at a greatly reduced price (half of our total investment). She is located in a security guarded marina and must be shown by appointment.
