Super Boat in need of TLC and some repair due to limited use. Owner was in North Dakota oil fields for 2013 and 2014 and retired to Florida in 2015. Engines regularly started and run well, transmissions have only a few hundred hours of operation and Arneson Drives operated well last time used. A bottom paint and upper hull repaint would add value and it is probably time for new deck and interior upholstery. Diesel generator has been removed and canvas replaced after Hurricane Ike in 2008. Forward plastic windows are due for renewal.

Unique Dealer re-engine in 1988 (boat was delivered to dealer with gas engines new in 1987 and wasn't ever sold as delivered). Two full marine, turbocharged/aftercooled CAT 3208TA (375 HP ea.) engines installed with Capital racing gears, #10 Arneson Surface Drives and Rolla props.Transmissions replaced in early 2000s with ZF IRM 280 PLs. When properly tuned boat has reached almost 40 knots. It will easily cruise in thelow 30s.

Only 3known owners. Boat with current owner since late 1990s.

US Coast Guard and State of Texas Registered.Anchored inSouth Shore Harbour Marina (League City, TX) for the past 15+ years.

This boat has tremendous value, even if someone were to buy it andpart-out the engines, transmissions and Arneson drives as-is. Owner estimates that the engines could bring $7,000 to $9,000 each...or approximately $16,000 for the two. The transmissions could sell for $3,000 to $5,000 each... or approximately $8,000 for the two. The Arneson drives could bring $10,000+ each, or $20,000 for the two. These 6 pieces alone could return $44,000... then there is the hull, electronics and all the intrinsic components.
