Boat is in Grand Haven Mi. is available for sea trial with 1 week notice.in spring. shore power w/50 ft cable.fresh water holding tank and shore water w/ 50 ft. hose included. new electric hot water heater,[never been used] no trailer. buyer is respons. for transport.Clean Mi. title.has been a great boat. bought new boat. always used premium marine gas. windlass not working.
