I'm selling my personal 1981 Chris Craft Catalina 280 which is actually a 29 foot boat. It has a single rebuilt Chevy 350 small block. Everything on its completely new besides the intake manifold and the exhaust manifolds. I'm going to change the valve covers to nice new red ones with breathers on them. The hot water tank is being replaced also. Everything you can think of is new on the boat. I'm in the middle of remodeling it so when you came to get the boat a few things will be finished I will list those below. The water system has a brand new pump. 60 psi and 4.5 GPM flow. New plumbing expands to 4x it's size so the lines don't freeze and break if there's any water in them. The toilet is a brand new TMC medium electric head. It pulls fresh water in and macerates waste and pumps it out the bottom of the boat. No holding tank. The water tank is a 20 gallon I believe. It has 4 new bilge pumps with three different float switches. It has a high water alarm. The counter tops in the whole boat are brand new. The fridge is new. The faucets and shower head are new. The sinks are new. The step pads are new. The outdoor carpet and indoor carpet are new. All the foam and upholstery is new. The leathers marine grade and the foams high density and cost about $500 alone. The back splash in the kitchen and bathroom is new. The stove works awesome on electric and alcohol. The table as pictured is new. The air conditioner doesn't come with the boat, neither do my personal items. The speakers and touchscreen wireless radio are new and nice Sony speakers. The ship to shore radio is brand new also.WHAT HASNT BEEN DONE THAT WILL BE:- paint intake and exhaust manifolds black to look new- install both radios- finish all woodwork on boat that isn't already/ install seats- finish plumbing/ hot water tank- finish outdoor carpet- install new gauges/ switches on dashThe boat is turn key and I've never had a problem with it. The tanks full and ready for test drives!
